Beyonce won the CEW's Beauty Insiders Choice Awards for Best Women's Scent (mass fragrances) for her 2010's launch of HEAT!The CEW Beauty Awards was held on May 20th (my Birthday YAY!) at the Waldolf Astoria in NYC.
